They can envy her but they can't take away the respect she receives in black and white media. She's one of the most respected if not the most respected black blogger in the game.
One poster even came on here a few weeks ago calling her names and calling her friends and the insiders on this site names and that poster can't stay away and is back posting.
This poster could have emailed Myra but they wanted to try and insult her on a public board, on the site she owns.
And this really is the funny part, you can trash her, resent her, call her out of her name but at the end of the day, she's still on the top of her game. I spoke to her last night, she had just got off the phone with a superstar celebrity who called her at home and thanked her for the wonderful feature she did on him and he complimented the site and her writing skills and he loved her book.
So, with that being said, anonymous, what you say and complain about really is null and void darling. Reply to this

This is my first time posting on the front page. I missed the front page. It's like having a conversation with Myra. I actually started out on PR going through all of ther archives. Then I stumbled on BI's and learned about what's really what in the industry. I have a confession. I'm kind of faint hearted. I got spooked from the front page a while back when there was a story about a heinous ex that threw lye all over this woman and disfigured her. Thanks for posting the piece on Dr. Moses Powell he is one of the unsung heroes of Black martial arts. He also did a demonstration at the United Nations. I know Moses did pass away a few years ago. If was doing jiu jitsu actively again I would be training with some of his former students or Shota Tanemura who trains the police in Japan.

It's been yrs since I haven't heard anything on Altovise Davis. The last time I saw her in public I think it was either Frank's or Dean funeral. I hope none of what I read about her living in such conditions is true. I know after Sammy died he was in deep debt with the IRS and it's left upon the widow but I hope she's not living in a roach infested apartment. And digging through garbage for food that is truly going from riches to rags.
Altovise Gore Davis was once upon a time a great dancer. I remember seeing her dance in a afro sheen during Soul Train commercial breaks yrs ago.

That's the smart thing to do... but (to give Puffy the benefit of the doubt for once) maybe this person with the tell-all book has been cool with Puffy from the beginning and has been around for years. Just speculating, but if that's the case Puffy may have trusted him/her and didn't feel the need for him/her to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Anonymous, take your gripe up with the authors of HOLLYWOOD BABYLON I'M BACK who have always been sourced on the front page for the MM information, didn't check if they were sourced tonight, I pay attn to things like that, maybe you don't which is understandable but why didn't you email the editor with your gripe. I bought the book after reading excerpts from the front page, on page 92, they list that LBJ offered to send his private jet for MM to bring her to his TX ranch to start an affair. Also, didn't the front page mention Bobby as a future president. Maybe you need to check the info in your posts before posting.

Sheknows, Soul Train & Eyeonu2: What the gorgeous one finds interesting, ever so often, a poster who obviously can't stay away, questions PR's credibility. I remember when some poster came in here, might have been the same one, saying that Myra got it wrong about some black old school gigolo, how could he be charging these women in the year stated on the front page when he died 10 years earlier, one of our researchers on here busted that poster out, turned out, the gigolo had the same name as a jazz musician who had died 10 years earlier, the poster was dead wrong.
This is like me taking a jealous friend on a shopping spree, they're happy their getting free clothes but resent the fact I have the money and they don't, to pay for the clothes.
Some people love this site but at the same time they are jealous of the owner for creating a concept that no other site is doing or they're mad they don't have the contacts in place to duplicate a site of this magnitude or their site doesn't get the traffic like PR so they come in here with a highlighted handle trying to piggyback off the traffic when trashing the owner.
They can envy her but they can't take away the respect she receives in black and white media. She's one of the most respected if not the most respected black blogger in the game.
One poster even came on here a few weeks ago calling her names and calling her friends and the insiders on this site names and that poster can't stay away and is back posting.
This poster could have emailed Myra but they wanted to try and insult her on a public board, on the site she owns.
And this really is the funny part, you can trash her, resent her, call her out of her name but at the end of the day, she's still on the top of her game. I spoke to her last night, she had just got off the phone with a superstar celebrity who called her at home and thanked her for the wonderful feature she did on him and he complimented the site and her writing skills and he loved her book.
So, with that being said, anonymous, what you say and complain about really is null and void darling.

That information do not come from Myra, it came from the book Hollywood Babylon(Its Back). I read this book, I felt that some of the information was not truthful. The original Hollywood Babylon 1 and 2 by Kenneth Anger was much better.

Wow haters are at an all time high on this site. Myra, you know you're doing well when people are constantly trying to bring you down. I remember watching a dvd with Katt Williams doing comedy and he talked about how you know you're on top when you're constantly being hated on and invited all the haters to come and hate on him. Keep up the good work! Everyday I'm seeing more and more handles added to the comment section so it's evident that you're receiving more hits. This is my first time posting on the front page. I missed the front page. It's like having a conversation with Myra. I actually started out on PR going through all of ther archives. Then I stumbled on BI's and learned about what's really what in the industry. I have a confession. I'm kind of faint hearted. I got spooked from the front page a while back when there was a story about a heinous ex that threw lye all over this woman and disfigured her. That photo haunted me for days and I was afraid of seeing something like that again. But, I'm going to start reading front page again becuase I do miss it.

Also, most of the Bond men are handsome and have a certain swagger. I can see the following Fine-Azzes as the first Black Bond...We need some Eye Candy. Now Jamie was perfect for Ray, and I agree with Myra that he was miscast in Miami Vice... He wasn't fine enough for that role.

I like Boris Kodjoe, or Henry Simmons as Bond men, but the only problem is ...the whole James Bond franchise, is British to my knowledge, so i'm almost positive that if they are to go black, they will pick a British born actor like Chiwetel Ejiofor...just my 2 cents.

It's true, I posted in the BI thread about hearing this a few years ago when she lost her job as a waitress in her hometown and then went homeless. Sam did a number on her, left her seven million in debt and she was addicted to drugs and alcohol and Sam's show biz friends wiped their hands of her when he died.

Thank you for posting the story about these so called "Marines" and their hate crime against the interracial couple. And it was a hate crime, don't think it wasn't. They barely took a thing. A pretty friend of mine had a problem finding profl black men like herself to date, a nice white guy came along and these same profl black men who only dated or married white women had a big problem with it and when she asked them why they said dating a white woman is different because they are not the enemy or the oppressor but a white man is. This is the same argument that Paul Mooney uses, he does anti-white standup but dates and has children with white woman, said their struggle is like civil rights and he helped sandra bernhardt's career.
