This female rapper continues to front all over town, giving the impession she's ballin big with money to waste. In reality: She rents her designer bags and jewelry from bag, borrow or steal, online. Designers will not loan her merchandise because they consider her a washed up has been.
It's all an illusion. She's broke but she can't seem to let the bling-bling lifestyle go. She's addicted to material wealth and will spend her last penny renting the finer things in life instead of buying food or paying rent.
When she's desperate for cash, she's known to give fellatio to rappers and industry men. Since she's not having sex, she doesn't consider herself a prostitute. This is her way of dealing with it.
She has experience in this field, allegedly, she serviced several music executives and a few rappers with fellatio to get her record deal.

Queen Pen & Jacki-O both already admitted to some of it, except Queen Pen never said she did it for money (Jacki did). Jacki admitted she was broke though. The rumor about Queen Peen has been around for a long time. There was a rumor about Trina like this too, but she's relevant so it's not her. This rapper is still hot! I wonder if his wifey knows he has a drop dead gorgeous jump-off in Los Angeles. He pays her rent, car note and credit card bills. He recently purchased her a new Mercedes.

Yeah, I was thinking Snoop myself because word has it, he has a serious d*ck game aside from blazing one on occassions that take his ability to perform down a few notches. The only reason I could see someone who's actually above level not wanting to be seen on the show like that is because they heard about Bethany's boyfriend, who got for appearing on the NY version. I had the unfortune of meeting her a few times when shopping at her former store in Atlanta. Not a very nice person at all. I will not call another woman out of her name, but should I ever lose my religion, she will be among the first to get a real special shout out. Has her nose way up in the air...for absolutely NO REASON at ALL. Not especially attractive, well bred, nor of great wealth. I live about 45 minutes south of Atlanta, and I was wondering what neighborhood/communities their homes were located in. Didn't really look like Atlanta to me, but I will say this; I know a lot of people that sort of combine all of those other big cities (Decatur, Lithonia, Dunwoody, etc) into one big ole' Atlanta basket. They think it's ALL part of the A, not separate cities. I know it sounds crazy but it's true.

Well it seems that Lisa is the only one to have something going for herself other than being married to an athlete. I found it hilarious when DeShawn Snow mentioned she knew she was destined for greatness? I think it is great to have a happy marriage and happy children but she seemed to thing her great achievement was marrying a baller??
Sheree seems really full of herself and there was no supporting evidence for such high thoughts. she showed a lack of class by not personally going to collect NeNe and apologizing immediately for her name not being on the list, especially since she callled 2 invite her then allowed her to be humiliated at the door. That is the epitome of LOW CLASS to me- deliberately hurting someones feelings for no reason.

Dramatical, Lisa is the only one of those women I'd ever want to be even remotely friendly with. Snow's wife completely turned me off with the 'we don't talk to those people' thing with the staff. I think after the demise of the marriage to Keith Sweat, she probably understood how "someone else's money" can quickly be taken away from you. She was probably determined to earn her own after that. She seems to have a good head on her shoulders. Deshawn was such a joke. Did you see how the "estate manager" looked at her? It's important to note that these women are nothing but social climbers who are desperate to belong. The real women of Atlanta who are wealthy wouldn't be bragging about living in a gated subdivision, because they live in private gated homes/mansions/estates along the Chatahoochee River. These women wouldn't have to list out their accomplishments, their accomplishments speak for them; they wouldn't be dropping the names of the luxury brands they purchase at retail stores, because their accessories are often purchased from the showrooms of the designers themselves. This show will have it's entertainment value, but it does perpetuate some stereotypes. BUT these broads are living those stereotypes themselves, so it is what it is. After all, a reality show can only edit what they are given.
My favorite set of Housewives so far is the New York crew. I liked that season a lot. We shall see what happens here.

The first BI implies that while desigeners won't loan the rapper in question items now, she apparently was hot enough once before that they would. That eliminates Jackie-O, Khia, etc. by default IMO. I'm iffy on whether or not Foxy was ever really to the level of being able to get designers to give or loan her things. Kim and Eve would qualify though. Eve, though fashionable, has never been a conspicuously-designer-draped type of person as far as I've seen.
I think this is Lil Kim. I know the common perception is that she was put on by Biggie pretty much but IF what Faith said in her book was true, he could have taken Kim or Foxy. So Kim might have had to do a lot more just to get that spot in Junior Mafia. And besides, Foxy strikes me as the kind of person who'd just buy some cheap knock-offs rather than rent things from a website. And how long would that even last for her anyway? Foxy also doesn't seem like the kind of person who would return what she 'borrowed' and she'd end up burning that bridge too.

Hmm, Nashville isn't known for bbq - thats Memphis. We have several places you may be interested in... I'll list a couple of places and you can enter them in your search engine to locate the websites - this is a blind item thread and I shouldn't post the links. Also, where are you staying if you don't mind me asking?
Sambuca's is in the Gulch. Really nice if you're going for a good meal, sexy and metro feel. Typically has a live "band" but I have no idea who will be showcased while you're here.
Virago. I love this place!!! Think sushi bar meets laid back night club. Very nice, beautiful people in abundance.
Restaurant Zola. Really nice! Think Mediterranean meets American "new" south. Drawback is that it closes early - 10pm.
Look up Lovenoise. They have an event every Sunday - think the movie Love Jones. There are several walking and trolley tours in downtown - history with scandal.

Youre very welcome, and yes Green Hills is the mall. There are several stores surrounding the mall that are worth your time as well. Belle Meade (going west 5 miles) and Brentwood (south 10 miles) have a bunch of shops and boutiques as well. Enjoy your stay!

Harold is color struck. I don't like him. He is always on MSNBC running his trap about when campaign and continuously referring to his tenure as a congressman. The Memphis district was in better shape when his dad was the congressman.

The real power broker of the family is Harold Ford, Sr. His son Jr. just learned from watching his dad. I went to Tennessee State and their exploits are legendary. I had a alumnus in Detroit tell me the story how John Ford lost his virginity at Fisk University the first time. He was always bragging about being the "Ready Ford" and when he lost his virginity he made a baby on the first go around. She was the first of his string of wives/baby mommas/jump-offs. I was reading in archives where PR did a story on the Bev Hills pawn shop where these celebrities go an pawn their stuff. I heard that rappers are the biggest pawners at that pawn shop. This shop even has Academy Award statues from actors or hard times. Rappers rule at that pawn shop. Heard Busta was seen creeping out of the back door.

BP, unless we're talking about acting vets, those pawn shops are not supposed to seize Oscars because the Academy has a strict policy that no statue can be sold if it was handed out after 1950. 1) I'll go with Charli B. this time, since Foxy FashionFair Brown was my guess on the other broke rapper BI. Tiff was a known booster before her daughter got put on, and BIG wasn't the only industry cat she serviced. A birdy told me she even messed with AK for a short minute.
I'd go with Snoop for the rapper, but is he really still hot? Ego Trippin' went double magnesium, didn't it? LA wasn't thrown in there for no reason, though, and his wife is too smart for him to try to leave her for some jump-off, gorgeous or not. Plus, Snoop was killing the stone-cold pimp image for about a decade and a half.
2) I can't stand Tracy or most things VH1 does "for" HipHop, but now I may have to catch a re-run.

Good morning everyone. Can't sleep, so I'm just online reading PR. So I heard the audio clip of Wendy Williams talking about the alledged sex tape about an R & B singer getting down on someone who's not her rapper husband.
From what I'm reading on the boards, it's Kelis. It seems like this sex tape maybe from 2007, because the story of the sex tape was just a rumor back then. Now the story has resurfaced again with evidence. I was wondering why Wendy was talking about 50 cent, but I was read that he claims to have been approached about the sex tape last year, and thought about getting his hands on the footage. This was at the time when Nas was going to sign under G Unit and I guess they had a falling out. Could it be, that Kelis got down at a G-Unit party at 50 cents mansion. Don't take what I said as a fact, it's just my personal opinion. Maybe it's the reason why the Nas/Kelis marriage has been on the rocks this last year?

Hi Chrissy. PR is going private for many reasons... I won't name names but there are a lot of haters, fakers and/or multi-posters (people who switch computers to post) which attempt to tie up the site and reduce our enjoyment and I'm sure there are a lot or reasons behind the scenes that I'm not privy to (jump in anytime Spymaster).
We should find out within a few weeks about registering. In the meantime, this lurker is waiting patiently...

The female rapper is definitely Lil' Kim. I'm surprised not too many people guessed her. All the other female rappers have never been on her level (in terms of "WHITE" appeal. Especially not Foxy. Plus it's known that Lil' Kim has been giving fellatio since day one to any and everybody. Even when she lived in the house with all the guys from Junior Mafia.
And as for the rapper...I would agree with T.I especially since Myra put that he's not leaving his wifey. No way he's leaving Tiny...especially when he's able to get everything that he wants from her and still do everything he wants on the side. It always baffled me because all the money he has still can't buy her some class enough to take that 1995 eyebrow ring out. In 2008, WHO do you see rocking a hoop in their eyebrow. A couple of weeks ago, we were planning to move some to the Asian market. Well, that's a no go to. An expert on tv said t-bills are still safe, so now we are researching that. That's all that's poppin' with me.

The job actually had a Fidelity Investment guy visit last week before the market went south, and he stated the same thing as well, that the safest place would be a t-bill. I told him he needs to let me know, because in a minute, I am going to do a prison break and dig a hole in the wall of my house (with a fork I may add) to keep all my belongings safe

Wow, that speaks volumes! That's really humble of Elan considering she was the target of a vicious attack. The problem is that every few months or so, there is a major blowup on this board and you, Elan and now Lit are always the targets. Going private would really weed out the trouble makers and also guarantee that people won't post under different aliases just to throw shade at certain posters. If I were invited I would definitely join the board, even if there is a modest fee involved (web maintenance cost money). I was shocked to find out that a respected poster was posting under two names. Anways, that is really sweet of Elan to think of us

I am actually in agreeance with Elan on this one(as if it matters). I think the trolls are handled correctly and shut down pretty swiftly. I'm no computer buff but I wondered with registration if people will be able to log on from different computers (work, home, a friends house even if that friend is registered, etc.). I agree with this being the best site bar none for troll patrol and they are kept to a minimum. I say keep doing what you're doing it's working quite well.
However, I will be with PR anyway it goes if I am able!!!!

Hi Deanna. It was Jazmine Sullivan. She was alright. Guess I was more concerned about Maxwell hitting the stage. My only complaint about the concert was that it was too short. It's about a 2 hour set or so. His acoustic version of whenever wherever whatever was simply heaven. You will love it! Just marvelous!

I am going with Wacksi Brown for BI #1 and TI for BI#2. Tiny and TI are legendary down here for how they get down, so I am not surprised.
Ice Cube: I saw a mention of him earlier and yes, I was surprised to learn from a friend who hung out with him after a show last year with some other gfs of hers that yes, he did end up screwin one of her crew and he was very rude about it. Apparently the chick wasn't that attractive (are they ever really?) and he talked badly about her the next day. I wasnt shocked to find out he cheated as much as how rude he was to mock her afterwards. I thought that was very childish and contrary to the grownup statesman of hip hop he portrays. And of course my biggest surprise in all of this was: Cube still got groupies? LMAO
And ya'll remember me mentioning the Kelis sex tape scandal right? Well according to MTO Kelis and Nas performed together last nite in NYC. Interesting how I've never seen those two perform together until the sex tape rumor spreads like wildfire on the net. We don't believe you Nas and Kelis. LOL From what I hear Nas and Kelis have a similar arrangement like Tiny and TI. With Nas being moreso the Tiny in their relationship, but at the very least Nas gets to have his fun on the side too, while Tiny just gets another designer handbag. Tiny seriously needs to renogotiate her arrangement and forget that ghetto handbag ish and make TI pay for a full-time stylist/hair and makeup squad.

Good morning SEL,Thanks so much. I love reading your posts. Yes,golden girls is one of favorite shows and sophia was my favorite.My grandmother used to love the show and sophia was her favorite also. Unfortunately she now suffers from Dementia just like Estelle Getty. I own all of the DVD's,not only because it still cracks me up but it brings back memories of my grandmother and i watching them together when i was younger.When i show it to her now,she doesn't remember the characters names but she will laugh at the episodes. Enjoy the rest of your day.

O/T: I just finished crying after seeing all of the pics of Halle in the new Esquire. She puts me to shame -- I think I will be doing two-a-days for the rest of the year. She looks amazing and I know that her stuff is real because I saw that she gained a bit of weight with the baby (like normal people do) but I was so proud that she took it off the right way and didn't walk out of the hospital like she walked off the runway. She earned my total respect because her actions demonstrate that she is a real and down to earth person not obsessed with herself. She strikes me as incredibly ... regular, except for the sexiest women alive thing:. Oh, if you guys have a chance, check out her essay. I had the chance to read through it and she is so so grown and sexy. I think the essay was sassy -- I liked it.

USER & TAMKEA SPLIT: The word is out that singer Usher and his pregnant wife Tameka Foster Raymond have separated. In fact they no longer live in the same house. Some of you may notice Tameka and Usher have not been photographed together in a minute.
According to my very credible source, Usher and Tameka, who is 6 months pregnant, broke up months ago. It took a lot of convincing for me to believe the break up — despite the fact that my source is the same one who gave me the scoop that Tameka was pregnant with Usher’s first child.
But apparently the break up is real. The reason Tameka hasn’t written a book or gone to the media yet is because — according to my source — Tameka is “keeping hope alive” that Usher will come back to her.

I dunno. Sounds like Tameka's people are feedin you that info, which may be true in part, but the part that doesnt fit is that Tameka doesnt seem to be the keep hope alive type. I mean gf was clearly on the comeup. She is a true pro and found an excellent sucka in Usher. Chick already had a gaggle of kids and she's pretty quickly popping out 2 more, back to back. Seems pretty calculated to me. Those 2 babies are insurance policies that will ensure she and her other kids live well, long after the ink has dried on the divorce papers. She may miss the red carpet events but I am sure she would miss the money more, she will have no problem easily cutting her losses as long as she gets paid.
But I will say, at first I thought these rumors about them breaking up were spreading because Usher's people realize he's more marketable single than married. Add to that he married a woman perceived by his fans as a gold diggin jezebel and then top it off with handling the situation poorly, and yeah he has some issues. But all of Usher's woes cant be blamed on Tameka, I mean music isnt selling like it use to across the board and let's face it, in the industry's eyes, Usher is aging out the pop game. Chris Brown is the heir apparent it seems.

I agree & I disagree. I agree that Ursh's professional woes cannot be placed solely on his marriage b/c you're right music does not sell the way it used to. And yeah, new kats like Chris Brown and Ne-Yo have slid in where Ush used to be and are now doing better.
But, I definitely disagree that Tameka isn't the "keep hope alive" type. She's definitely a pro at spitting game and I believe they are that earlier BI, but I think she would hold out hope to stay with Usher b/c althogh she may get a check from him if they seperate, I think she would lose the status she had. I don't see her getting into the same industry events she was as Usher's wife. And let's face it, she's no Tracey Edmonds, who although she is 40-ish with 2 kids, but still very pretty, and thanks to that phat settlement, independently wealthy. Tameka would walk away with 5 kids, a negative public persona, and although I don't think she's ugly, she's not the cutest woman either. I am too thirsty today to long on on post.
1. I watched housewives of atlanta. Blank stare is all I can say. I think the ones that ticked me off the most were Sheree and Eric Snow's wife. What fashion designed do you kow will were another designer's clothes to he own party. Then she believes that she is entitled to a seven figure sum for a divorce settlement. I don't think so. I looked at her ex's pic and he is fugly but putting up with her he is entitled to spousal support. Eric Snow's wife is a real piece of work. I didn't know chunky chicks coudl pull NBA players, well I guess I need to be on the prowl then since I am one too. If her greatest accomplishment in life was marrying a NBA player, I hate to see what her life was like beforehand. She doens't speak to her staff, what kind od mess is that mark my words 10 years from now she will be on someone's staff.
2. I think the rapper maybe Trina and TI. I think TI stays with Tiny over guilt. He left her the first time when she was pregnant with her daughter that died and look what happened. I hope she knows guilt only lasts but so long.
3. This is a legal question. If Foxy is broke, is she beyond the statute of limitations to sue Nas, Jay-Z, and Biggie's estate for having underage sexual relationships with her. IDK, just a thought. She could raise some muc needed cash and I don't think any of these rappers would want that put out in national media spotlight.

Really I see it this way, No props to Tamkea and she was being publicly humiliated, Usher was seen out and about in compromising situations with pretty young things before and during their marriage. I saw it on TMZ, an insider here spoke on it and saw it on various gossip blogs. So Tameka may have had the advantage by getting it down on paper but she was definitely humiliated in the process. Her name, looks and status as a mother were all dragged thru the mud.

I know all about the sinus troubles. I usual have a sinus infection at least twice a year. It's jacked up because it can throw your whole equilibrium off. I have never used the neti pot, but, I have heard the fam on her speak rather highly of them. I hope you feel better soon.

KeKe Wyatt had an interview in S2S after to clarify that interview. Basically, she said they twisted her words. She said she will do a contest with all of the girls "some screaming on key, some screaming off key". I am thinking B was the main target (Ashanti, Riri and Cici minor ones) because Keke was in Destiny's Child with her. Her album came out a month later but flopped.

McCain and Palin are achieving their goal of appealing to the racist, bigots, old people, and radical leftist Christians. McCain has injected fear among those crazies and I don’t think he or his campaign thought through the ramifications of injecting racial innuendos into the campaign. Racist backwoods bigotry oozes out of both Palin and McCain and McCain has shown his true colors twice “uppity” and “that one”.
I had to pleasure of listening to some conservatives at a luncheon today and I will say this, they truly believe Obama is the antichrist and he is going to but Al Quida (sp) and Muslims in the white house if he is elected. These conservatives are of the opinion that a black man cannot run this country (exact statement from one).
The meat of their conversations was also Tom Brokaw and how they are angry that he is being accused of being biased. Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t Brokaw complain to NBC that he didn’t think Keith Olberman or Matthews should not cover the elections because they are too liberal and assured the McCain campain that he would be a more fair reporter of his issues.
The other part of the conversation was they are tired of Obama playing the race card and McCain should not have to watch ever word he says to keep from offending Obama and blacks. They don’t find anything wrong with Obama being referred to as “that one” and Sara Palin is only speaking the truth to show the world that he is a terrorist.
This is not the 50s and 60s and before its over a lot of people’s true colors will show from politicians, news anchors, people in general).

You are right about seeing people's true colors. McCain is so mad that a BLACK man is giving him a run for his money. McCain is from the "good ole boy" network and it shows. He didn't even shake Obama's hand after the debate. Blatant RACISM. I heard the name calling and hatred from the audience at McCain and Palins rallies and I felt sick to my stomach. It scares me to think that this man is in a close election with Obama. Clearly if this was not about race and Obama was white, the polls would show a greater margin favoring Obama.

I hear Obama has Lawyers in play as we speak to address polling problems and the like in all the battle ground states, especially Florida. I know people do not beleive in polls but the primary polls were very accurate, to my surprise. I watched MSNBC and CNN during the primaries and their polls predicted most of the winners.
