In reality, this man was a big time drug dealer and he wanted to impress his boys by dating a celebrity.
Things were looking up until you were informed that he was a street baller and it was rumored-he was on the DL as well. You became devastated and horrified.
After you confronted him and he didn't deny it, you became heartbroken.
You would later find out that he got turned out in jail during a brief stint and that he's nicknamed "Omar," (behind his back), after the gay stickup kid on "The Wire."

I recently saw a documentary that touched on the result of the boycott on blaxploitation films back in the day. I remember at the time thinking it was a good thing because the movies were getting real bad and were no longer being made by blacks. But the end result was hollywood just stopped making black movies and those black actors didn't work anymore.
Me - I don't hate Gabby no matter what i read here about her. I pay her (with my ticket purchase) to act and in my opinion she does a pretty damn good job of it. What she does when she goes home is her business but it does make for pretty fun reading and is much more entertaining than Entertainment Tonight and Access Hollywood who generally don't cover black entertainers or only cover the same ones. had to search my movie database to see what it could be but found 3 documentary's that i watched about black cinema because i saw Mario Van Peebles on a show talking about the history of black cinema and how we use to own studios and were directors and actors and producers. And i was upset that i thought the first black movie we ever made was shaft.
Was sad to find that most of the movies we made in the 30s and 40s weren't preserved or restored or available on DVD but i watch as many as i can find (just got a movie in the mail called Lying Lips). I also made an effort to watch many of old blaxploitation movies from the 70s that i wasn't allowed to watch as a child and the new blaxploitation films like Trois and Gang of Roses.
And NOT a documentary but a MUST SEE and MUST BUY movie that was yanked from the theatre's a week or two into its initial run (but now available on DVD):
I have NO idea how we got away with making that film in the 70s and in 00s Eva Mendes in cast as Will Smith love interest because they can't "sell it" if they cast a black actress???

At least I can eat off that for 2-3 days, and I get my Omega-3s! It ain't right given the product they're marketing, and I ain't taking it.

I was in front of Larry King at Pacific Theaters in The Grove a few months ago, and he not only spoke but when I told him I was talking to my mom in Alabama, he said in his gravelly voice, "Tell your mom I said hello." I got that from him and I never even thanked him for my Anna Nicole Smith soap opera fix that he sponsored for weeks earlier this year.
I used to go out to the Hoover Met and heckle Michael Jordan when he played ball for the Barons and he was never anything except cordial as well. He even laughed at my heckling him. Reply to this

I don't really know who it is, but the Megan Good guess seems like a good one. I was told by one of my ex's that he dated her after we broke up. He's a nobody like me but he runs in the NBA player circle now because of growing up with people in Michigan who went pro. Even though he wanted to, he wasn't good enough to go pro or get into the European league. I've heard that her son's father is a major hustler in the Washington DC/MD/VA "urea" as they say. His mane is Massai (I may have spelled his name wrong). He's very low key in the sense that you wouldn't suspect he's hustling drugs(no gaudy jewelry, loud clothes, etc...). You have it right and he was also sleeping with my gay best friend. During the time he was with Nia. I was in the club the night my homey and him hooked up. He hit it and quit it. There are a lot of pressures on black men. From women, their peers, the larger society, their families, themselves. For most, adding the variable of homosexuality to the equation is just not an option. Yet, it is there, and the additional pressure to act on one's desires is overwhelming. I am in my 40's, never been married, never wanted to get married. Now in the full context of things, I don't have paparazzi following me around all day. Imagine the celebrity baller, actor, singer, rapper, who's constantly in the spotlight; Imagine the pressure from fans, teammates, families (re:mothers) to get a wife. Maybe you tell yourself you can do this? it can't be that hard. Until you realize what it really means to be married. If it became known that Denzel, LL or Lebron liked men, would you look at them differently? When I read on here that Jay Z lives with LJ in a condo in NY and B has never been to the condo I shake my head. As Marvin Gaye asked a long time ago, What's going on? If B is just a beard, can you imagine the inner turmoil that is going through the lives of these people? I can hear Donnie Hathaway singing in the background, "Someday we'll all be free."

What is so ironic is that Dennis Rodman from all accounts is not even gay or bi. In my humble opinion, it is a little naive to think that 2 earrings, jewelry, bright pastels and low hanging pants implies anything other than a fashion statement. The DL phenomenon suggests that brothers do not feel free to express their true sexuality openly and honestly. Said another way, the whole point of being on the DL is to hide the truth from your str8 friends and your wifey or girl. Ok I guess I'm making my debut here on the PR. I happened upon this site over two months ago and must say, it's so laid back and totally DIFFERENT from all the other BS they have online. It's gotten so bad, now when I open up my browser PR is the home page. (lmao) I know I'm not the only one that never speaks/comments, but just read, after the majority rules, I do a little research.
This was the part where I was going to name all of the Informative/sleuth posters on PR, but the list grew too damn long LOL, so let me say this, The regulars are always on the MONEY. When I click on a blind item I look for thier names first and nine times out of ten they're all on the same page. I must say this, 90% of the Answers are found right here on PR. MYRA is GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD, and I love it when I'm reading a lot of information on PR and the answer to some BI is staring me right in the face, I LOL and then think Myra, ya sneak. PR is about READING, READING everything that Myra post on this site and I mean EVERYTHING.

Yea,she needs to keep quiet! After I saw the previews for her and Morris new movie, I must admit anything with these girls in it, I have to pass. That is sad for the other talented actors/actresses that are starring in that movie and other movies with these girls. They all try to come across so wholesome and then you hear about them just going for theirs and not caring about who gets in the way and it is like, dang, do you have ANY morals? It is sad also because we don't have many leading black actresses in Hollywood and I thought they were the wave of the future.

All n all, I have to admit, I did go to The Perfect Holiday's opening in my area, and I enjoyed it for what it was. I can't knock the group for trying to put on a show where the whole family can watch.
Now, let's be real about this; if this chick wants her movies to play in our areas and wants a career in show business making movies for us and about US, then she needs to shut her ego down a bit. Nobody on God's green earth is gonna pay to see something after the main draw has insulted the hell out of their target audience! Check that, BLACK FOLKS don't pay after you insult US!

I'm beginning to see that a number of Hollywood's players read this site {Whaddup Sable, Heather Hunter, and uh Ms. Moore} and with that, they have a pulse of how regular African America really feels about things, and if Gabby, who Is talented and is very pretty indeed, doesn't like the word on the street being what it is, what can I tell you... hire a fixer and fire your publicist, cause somebody is giving you the wrong advice.
I know this is a long rant, but the bottom line is; go see the movie, if you want to throw popcorn at the screen when she comes on, then so be it, but remember this: If we don't support Black films and arts, then we lose our creative control over what our kids see, and read. Case in point; how many Black TV shows are on network television?
If you boycott Ms Union, so be it, but Charlie Murphy, Katt Williams, Faizon Love, Morris Chestnut, Latifah, Terrence Howard, Jill Jones, Rachel True and a cast of extras, writers and behind the scene people are still trying to get paid off of this joint. If we don't support them, nobody will and we'll be stuck with Home Alone 15 - 'Uncle' Mike Babysits!

So true, well said Big Win because all the bad publicity Tara Reid received for partying and drinking turned a many of studio heads off, she lost major roles because of this, she admits it now. They read like everyone else and they get disgusted to. If these people want bloggers to stop reporting on their lives negatively, don't give them anything to report on. As a screenwriter, I applaud your comments that we have to support Black Cinema. The bottom line is if we don't continue to do so, who will?
Queen Latifah was one of the producers of this film, and she's a rarity in the industry... an accomplished Black Actor who also produces films on the regular. This was a family flick, and whereas I can see that ticket prices are getting out of control, we still have to give our support to the effort.
Like you said, the other actors and crew deserve a chance, and shouldn't be penalized for the actions of another.

I know the strike is hard on you guys, but I do hope the studios begin to give ya'll the profit shares that you are due. Hell, David Letterman has already reached an agreement with the S.A.G. to bring his show back on air, NBC is following suit, but unlike Letterman; Leno doesn't own his show nor rights to it.
Hopefully Dave's moves will lead to more cracks in the armor. Good luck!

As long as it's not a "Drink my juice in the hood beefo i'ze gets shot"... i'm all for it. Simply put, we need to not just support movies because there are blacks behind it and starring, but support black movies that don't feature coonery or constantly portray us as manically depressed people hell bent on self destruction. Not too long ago Big Boi from OutKast came out with a movie relating to a Private Golf club. That mess was in and outta the movie houses before you could blink. I was done just watching the commercial.

As long as we keep our people from making another Soul Plane, we should be just fine.
I won't patronize a movie that thinks so little of it's cast as to mimic and mock an entire race of people for the sake of laughter for a few.

Agreed but we need to also support those types of movies (non stereotypical) through the venues that need make it to the movie theaters. We need to rent the AA movies from the video stores that deal with serious AA issues such as The Great Debaters, Pride and the independent AA filmmakers. I can count on my hand how many black people saw the Darfur documentary and the likes....Although the stereotypical movies are the worst, if we dnt support them then eventually even they will be minimized. We have to have box office representation before we can demand/re-enforce change. if no one supports Queen Latifah, Denzel and the such when they make movies then eventually the powers that be (currently) won't support them eiter.

The studios don't care whose fault it is when a film tanks; it's hard as hell for Black actors to get a sniff at an audition, let alone a role!
Some of the most brilliant of actors and actresses are of African descent, and yet get ignored when a part comes along, unless the script calls for a buffoon as a colorful sidekick.

I recently saw a documentary that touched on the result of the boycott on blaxploitation films back in the day. I remember at the time thinking it was a good thing because the movies were getting real bad and were no longer being made by blacks. But the end result was hollywood just stopped making black movies and those black actors didn't work anymore.
Me - I don't hate Gabby no matter what i read here about her. I pay her (with my ticket purchase) to act and in my opinion she does a pretty damn good job of it. What she does when she goes home is her business but it does make for pretty fun reading and is much more entertaining than Entertainment Tonight and Access Hollywood who generally don't cover black entertainers or only cover the same ones.

had to search my movie database to see what it could be but found 3 documentary's that i watched about black cinema because i saw Mario Van Peebles on a show talking about the history of black cinema and how we use to own studios and were directors and actors and producers. And i was upset that i thought the first black movie we ever made was shaft.
Was sad to find that most of the movies we made in the 30s and 40s weren't preserved or restored or available on DVD but i watch as many as i can find (just got a movie in the mail called Lying Lips). I also made an effort to watch many of old blaxploitation movies from the 70s that i wasn't allowed to watch as a child and the new blaxploitation films like Trois and Gang of Roses.

speaking of Badasssss, I got a copy of Mario's tribute/ documentary of his dad's come up, and WOW! i had no idea the lengths Melvin had to go through to get his foot in the door!
The funniest part to me was when he had to get a soundtrack for the film and he bounced a check to Maurice White and Earth Wind And Fire!
But you could truly see the love that Mario had for his dad's passion to the craft...
I recommend Badassss to everyone who wants a small glimpse of history. Also the last scenes of Bamboozled where Spike and company showed the clips of the films from the early years where we were only offered jobs onscreen that mocked us and made us all look like buffoons, those were some great historical finds.
By the way; The Disney Company is seriously thinking about re-releasing "Song Of The South" on DVD in the U.S. next year! We CANNOT let that happen!

She doesn't need to do all that ANYMORE but that's because back in the 80s she got burned, always talking about Studman this and Studman that on each and every show, 5 days a week, at least 2x per hourly show. Until the huge rumor circulated hither and yon that she'd caught Studman in bed with her mail hairdresser!
She came on the next show with steam coming out of her nose as she refuted the rumor. Since then, she's pretty much stopped talking about Studman and now speaks on Gayle, which is a whole 'nother story. The balance of power lies w/the public. Video girls do not have the power to demand a change in the way they are represented. Directors will cut them from the set, the model wnt get paid and WORST of all the Director will blackball the model and this in turn will get back to the agency and the agency will stop sending the model on go sees and may drop the model overall.
The change has to be made by the public, just like I stated above Men and Women inside and outside the industry have to ban together to make a change. I've already spoken on shorty up in here. She's a hoodrat, from Garfield Terrace here in DC(the pojects, basically) and was getting used at a strip club in Maryland for years. The butt is fake, she just got some confidence when she got her teeth fixed and she's pretty much scandalous. At this point, she thinks that the more people talk about her and her fake butt, you're trippin off of her like she's like that. I don't even discuss her no more because she's not worth my airtime. Cause most of our people with multiple kids can't afford to take everybody to the movies all at once, especially when Hollywood keeps jacking the prices up higher and higher for no other reason than greed.
They put the average minimum wage making parent in a bad spot; do I get a bootleg from Donnelle when it hits the beauty/ barbershop? Or do I try to tell my kids to stay the straight and narrow and leave the bootlegs alone...
They keep making and overpricing crap movies, no wonder people like Donnelle and 'nem keep raking in the dough!
Better product and affordable venues make it easier for everybody to enjoy.

Please. They've priced the average working class stiff out of the movies. I'm single, don't have a child to cry nor one to die, but I've got to really, really, REALLY want to see a movie on the wide screen to pay 10 bucks to see a matinee new release at The Grove or anywhere else. The cost is ridiculous, just like paying them $20-$25 mil a pic is ridiculous. I'm not having it.
Ain't none of them worth paying that kind of ducats to see, not Will, not Jack, not Matt, not Brad, not even Denzel! Once you buy popcorn or even have lunch/dinner before or after the movie, a single person is out of at least $50, and that's WITHOUT drinks.
It just doesn't make any sense; these people ain't curing no cancer. Heck, half the time, they can't even emote very well in the vehicle they're starring in. Give me a good book and I'll wait until it hits Direct TV PPV. $3.99 makes a lot more sense than 10 to 12 bucks a pop. $10 buys me a nice slab of wild caught salmon from Bristol Farms or Gelsons. At least I can eat off that for 2-3 days, and I get my Omega-3s! It ain't right given the product they're marketing, and I ain't taking it.

What! I go to the matinee and I put my Mcdonalds, chick fila, PBJ sandwich, ribs, manwich, bottled water and my box of candy from Dollar Generall in my purse and have the best time ever at the movie on Sunday Afternoon.

I can feel all of yall and I am NOT above seeing 2-3 movies for the price of 1. At the movie theater by my house, you can go in the bathroom on one side and come out behind the ticket taker on the other. I will see a few movies cuz 8-10 dollars is too dang much. But when I really want to enjoy the movie experience, there is a place here in Austin called the Alamo Drafthouse. The movies are cheap, and there serve real food( pizza, Burgers, Pasta) and liquor....and no KIDS....Can't beat that with a stick

They have a spot in Oakland and El Cerrito like that too, the Parkway. tickets less than 10.00, food, beer and wine, couches and adults, with special family times on the weekends and baby brigade Mondays (first two shows will allow adults and infants under 1 yrs old... cause mommy and daddy want to get out too!). I love to go there sometimes and just kick back on the couch like i'm at home.

Hate to say it but I worked at Orion pictures years ago in contracts and I can say most of the money made went to the movie studios. That's why movie theatres charge so much for their stuff. They have to to keep afloat. I don't like paying it either and rarely do but it's good to know the process behind the prices.

Okay. Here is what I notice after reading the blind item several times. Although I have never thought, nor can I fully get my hands around it being her, the way the item is written it is clearly speaking of Tyra.
1. The word day/daytime is used 3 times in the BI in reference to this “black militant by day”. I believe that to literally mean daytime and Tyra’s talk show where she is motivational and inspirational to her guests, particularly calling out young black women.
2. It states that this person is “too many people”. Tyra is/was a model, actress, producer, talk show host, singer, host, narrator and judge of ANTM … and I guess you can add to that list, based on this BI, lesbian and blond lover.
3. The point of saying this person is a “black militant by day” is that this is a cap that the person only uses during specific times and or situations.
4. The biggest hint to me that this is Tyra is the name of the BI “PHONY”. I have heard several people describe Tyra as a phony, both people from her talk show and some of the models that have been on ANTM, one particular model spoke about it, the one where Tyra yelled at her, from a few years ago, and it aired on the commercial for ANTM.

I wouldn't call it a hoax, exactly. There is literally no Willie Lynch letter. It was written in letter form as a literary device. It was an interesting way for the author to explain to Black folks what's really up.

I agree but instead of bemoaning the emotional and psychological terrorism that began in slavery and still permiates our society, we need to think of ways to reclaim the dignity that we lost. As the holiday season approaches, I think about how parents go into debt to buy their kids things instead of teaching them lessons about gratitude and compassion for those who are less fortunate. Kids are more likely to get a Wii than 2 hours of their parents' time.

I never ceased to be amazed at how much money I see spent day by day by parents, usually the mothers, spend just to appease their young and grown children. $600.00 handbags that aren't even made of leather or canvas for that matter. Shoes, sweatsuits, whateva. It's all about keeping up with the joneses right now. And shows like Sweet 16 and Cribs just feed into that.

If this is the time of the year to exchange gifts and be thankful, than parents need to explain what the tradition is for. The exchanging/buying of gifts has nothing to do with the birth of the savior(who's true HEBREW name is not Jesus by the way)The 2 are not mutually exclusive. I personally don't think ANYTHING has to be bought to show how you feel or to come together and celebrate anything. It's just a ploy to go out and help the economy out of the red and into the black (economic speak)

if this was queeen latifah, these pictures would be on the net. latifah and her trainer are well photographed in various excursions. they may no be holding hands, but the trainer always carries a purse and latifah is empty handed and very much stud-like.

Alientating them from their families, shady business dealings, inappropriate behavior. I mean really, don't get you a "how you doing" impression from all those guys; Marques, Omarion, the other members of immature, the other members of B2K. Some crazy things have apparently went down in the T.U.G. camp.

Yes, that's the word. There was also a young boy a few years back that Chris was working with, he was supposed to be the next big thing, I can't remember his name off the top of my head, but apparently Chris started pulling the same tricks he used on other boys but this particular boys mother wasn't having that and cut that off from jump. That's why he never came out with an album. I can't remember the boys name...it will come to me. Something about a grown ass man constantly living with young boys--with obvious "issues", just isn't right. Chris and Marques lived (or still live) in the same house together, which isn't all together that unsusual--except they are both grown ass men who can afford to live seperately but chose to live together. On top of that there was issues with money managment. There are pictures of B2K all in their underwear, like I said lots of weird stuff going on in that camp. I guess Jennifer Freeman would be a good beard for Marques is she was involved with a female member of the Wayans family.

I love that website!~ Its added to my favorties and I check it everyday. I have found so many answers to blinds it is ridiculous. Some of the older blind havent been solved and the archive chat would be all that. I always lurk on Panache and have been a fan for 3 years now. Darling, Myra has a background that would allow her to know everything. Myra is no joke. People consider her mysterious nature, sexy as hell, just like her voice. She really is fascinating, I enjoy talking to her but she is very guarded, only a few get into her private space and those few are some of the most fascinating people in the U.S. and Canada, including myself, of course.

Her podcasts were off the chain. I found myself being hynotized by her voice and not the gossip, and I am a gossip hound. That's how sultry her voice is. I remember where that fine ass bi adult girl, Crystal Knight said in a interview, that Myra Panache's voice is unbelieveable, because I think Myra did a interview with her on this site. For a woman to say this, I said, damn, I hope I hear Myra's voice one day and then I had the opportunity through the podcasts and I was not disappointed.

I hung with the "preps" and older crowd but it was wayyyyyy too fast for me. I went to Cath school all my life except that year. I learned how to skip class(it was so easy) but I told myself I have to get out of here or I won't finish high school.

I like to check over here also bec they pull BI's from everywhere but you have to check the font type and color to see which answers are guesses or which items are what they believe to be the answers. There are times when I think we have the correct answers but their answer is different and of course, there are many w/o answers...esp the 1's we are still stumped on as well.

I saw Nicole and Boris at an event together before they got married. That skinny heifer pushed me to get to the buffet. She was just going to throw it up anyway. I can personally tell you that Boris is hung like a horse. He was less cocky but once he got Soul Food and that cancelled show with his wife, his attitude changed. I've been reading for over 8 months and never commented before. This site is always accurate hands down. My choice like manys others is Nia Long. Are you talking about Ricky Fante, he sung the song IT AIN'T EASY. He got a small part in a Halle Berry movie, that OPRAH TV movie she did and remember Nia showed up to the set to visit him and Halle had heard the shit she was talkin about her and made it a closed set and Nia couldn't get in and threatened to call her girls because they were goin to disrupt things. Ricky calmed her down and she left. The relationship ended after that and since his first album I haven't heard anything on him.

That chick who played Regina on the Steve Harvey Show is uncivil too. I was an extra in a movie she was in and, of all the "stars" I encountered during that shoot (Mykel T. Williamson, Delroy Lindo, Blair Underwood), she was the least cordial. The guys, white & black, were cool.
Some of the chicks have a real attitude--Debbie Allen is another one, as if her cockeyed husband is in demand. Denzel's squaw, Pauletta Washington, is not so nice either; most of them have a real problem dealing with women on the scene who are not in the industry.

I was in front of Larry King at Pacific Theaters in The Grove a few months ago, and he not only spoke but when I told him I was talking to my mom in Alabama, he said in his gravelly voice, "Tell your mom I said hello." I got that from him and I never even thanked him for my Anna Nicole Smith soap opera fix that he sponsored for weeks earlier this year.
I used to go out to the Hoover Met and heckle Michael Jordan when he played ball for the Barons and he was never anything except cordial as well. He even laughed at my heckling him.

So True, the level of distrust from one black women for another is ridiculous. When they need to be worried about the white publicist or assitant on the Payroll (Denzel). Mrs. Larry Fishbourne is Very, Very hateful towards any black female extras on her husbands sets. Vanessa was tripping when she was married to Rick but I heard since the divorce she is a little friendlier towards other Black women.

Mrs. Larry Fishburne needs to sit down, I notice she don't get to mad about being cast as a black woman but she can hate on us. She is a dark hispanic and only pretends to be black when it is beneficial. Ain't nobody checking for old, overweight Larry anyway. Vanessa needed to be on the outlook with Rick, his rep with other women proceed him, he still left her even though she was protective over him, so it did no good after all.

I have heard about Debbie's attitude and her daughter's attitude. I heard they both can be very unapproachable. Queen Latifah was probably trying to put her mack down on a saleslady and you interrupted and Denzel's wife has to realize, she is not the celebrity in the family, her husband is. Denzel's son dates Debbie and Norm's daughter at the delight of both sets of parents because they are best friends.

To be fair, she was actually on the cellular; we walked in simultaneously. I said "hello, how are you" and kept moving, looking back when she didn't reciprocate, which after a few seconds she did.

I highly doubt they are made up stories, many have come to true light. Everyone is entitled to there opinion but too many people on this site can confirm or add to the BI's so I believe they are all factual. Be truthful to yourself, you're just mad that you can't solve them all. Stop with the negative vibe. This site is more than amazing. I usually lurk, only posted twice but let me tell you, this site has open my eyes to Hollywood. I'm from Toronto, Canada. My sister dresses people for movies/videos living in LA and the stories she tells me... I thought they were fictional, but then I found Myra site 2 yrs ago and half of what she claimed was presented on this site. So long story short This site is as real as it gets. I love this site! I'm telling you... she has the "dryest" attitude and sense of humor and a total lack in "socializing" she is really a nerd so to speak.... she is very pretty but when people act a ways.... that is an indicator (to me) that the have a disfunctional way of "making friends" or "making small talk" so instead of just saying whatever is on her mind... they gotta come incognegro lol!
People take them self too serious yo. Its all about how you receive people and if you are "able" to receive people then it will be easy to reciprocate.
I'm just a people person so that comes easy for me. Some people are afraid of rejection and don't know "how to blend in" that's just my take on it... but it is what it is... We are Grown Folks here bloggin and chillin. Releasing some tension and enjoying "small talk"

To be honest with you; the mystique of not knowing what you guys look like is probably one of the most intriguing things about this site.
We know what Perez Hilton looks like {unfortunately}, we know what most of the Hollywood reporters and followers look like, but not knowing the age and length of time you guys have been on the prowl is absolutely top notch.

She came to mind for me earlier also,but I dont think that Trina dating a non celebrity big baller drug man /civilian would be shocking to her friends.If you listen to her early songs from the Baddest Bytch cd she admits to that much! Infact I think that she has alot of friends who are just civilians(not celebritys) ,as well as friends in the industry! Furthermore while Trina is considered attractive to many in black community is she really considered taht attractive and sought after by hollywood standards?

A Keys is like one of the boys. Seriously... she got this new make over and I love it! She is approachable like anyone else... just be bubbly
she is a sweetheart. U can tell from her music like how she embraces each track that she cares about her craft. So many artists DONT. She is actually REAL. I wish she would get married. I don't know why... I just wish she was able to really be in love with a guy cuz she would make some cute and talented kids! I live in Detroit where this occured. This has to be a special child indeed. The daughter walked with a limp because she had a stroke when she was an infant. Although her mother was hit twice she wasnt seriously injured but the daughter took 6 bullets and hit mostly in the upper extremity and still survived. Amazing, definitely a miracle.
UPDATE:
I read a couple of days ago that the little girl is doing well.
Truly a survivor and is here for a reason.

I actually feel sorry for the Gabrielle Unions of the world. Call me crazy, but it can't be easy being in the spotlight, and we all have baggage. I sympathize with them. Call me crazy, but I wouldn't trade my deep in debt, married with children behind for one of their glitzy glamorized ones. At any rate, I will continue to read about the dirt of others, because that is what I enjoy doing. I will say that it seems as if there is a double standard. Think about it. It is okay for people to talk about celebs, make a living doing it, and not have the celebs say anything back. If anything, she gave the black bloggers even more press. Just look at it as a quid pro quo.

Remember when Gladys had that little trouble with the marker during her run in Vegas? I swear, that's the ONLY dirt I can remember hearing about her!
