Sadly, the little known actress has become like a sick puppy around the famous female. Their discreet relationship now resembles that of a domanitrix and slave. She jumps at her commands and she does all the house work and cooking. She's become a flunky and lackey.
And, when our famous female gets tired of her, she kicks her to the curb without warning and tells her not call.
Then, like clockwork, when our famous female has another failed romance, she lets the actress back into her life.
Our famous female is so desperate to find a husband, she attends all the industry events with the big hollywood players and all the sporting events.
Despite her good looks, many of these men date interracially exclusively and this leaves her out in the cold.
When a man does hook up with her, the relationship always seems to end after a few months.
Hints: It's "not" Gabrielle Union or Beyonce and the little known actress is not known outside of the black community. Reply to this

And men who claim to be "bisexual" have bodies that tell a different story to what their mouth proclaims. Just like Myra/Paris stated in that downlow story about the hip-hip mogul, he said (I'm paraphrasing): "We sleep with men for pleasure, we sleep with women to procreate," or something like that. All "bisexual" men are really homosexual men who still haven't fully come out!

There are only a few private schools in the DC area that are exclusive and none really that solicit from 'around the country'. I am still going with Sanaa and Regina. I used to have a co-worker/female friend that moved into an 1 bedroom apartment with another girl. It did not take us all a long time to figure out something was fishy with that situation. Later on they came out and admitted to being in a relationship.
So I do think that it was odd that Regina was getting her house remodeled and was living with Sanaa for like a year claiming they were roommates. Why couldn't she go to a hotel? Why not rent another spot while getting her home done? They did seem to close for comfort.

So people really shouldn't praise him so much. Grace was wife #2 I mean I like and respect Montell b/c he does a lot of good helping people who have( MS) and he has done a ot of good things b 4 we knew he was, but as far as being a husband and now I hear not what would qualify him to be father of the yr. That I don't like about him.
It's ashame too b/c not long after WynterGrace was born he had her and Grace on the show showing off the baby, he was holding her so close and loving, kissing the baby and I saw a picture of them in a magazine and now I hear that he and that same little girl are not close.

The other entry on this blog regarding Celebrities and their Ethnic Issues captured some very interesting dialogue on this topic. There are celebrities that are bi-racial that either deny their heritage or refuse to talk about it. Those are their issues to deal with.
My point in this response is just to offer some different insight on the issue. Namely, there could be some merit to the argument of "nature" versus "nuture." Now, since Cash is half-white, and I'm assuming that he was probably raised in a predominantly white environment, is it hard to imagine that he might not really be able to relate to black folks? Who knows? More importantly, who cares?
Maybe it is in the African American community's best interest that he doesn't associate with us. Maybe he's corny. Maybe he's just not interesting. Maybe he's more into surfing and listening to Coldplay than the average black folk. And if so, then good for him.

I didn't know who she was either, I had to look her up too. I haven't seen any pics of them 2gether. I don't know. I do like the Taraji Henson guess that someone posted. Although, she has done alot more acting that I thought. It's possibly not her, she was on 14 episodes of The Division.

Good point. I forgot about Nip/Tuck, but there are a lot of Black actresses on television shows that the mainstream press doesn't really give the time of day to. I still don't see Sanaa as famous. She was the "hot black girl" for a minute, but I don't know, it's like she pissed off someone important (or their wife), and her career never recovered.

Speaking of Omar did ya'll know that he used to be a background dancer for Queen Latifah back in the day? Also that he and Marlon Wayans are old friends from child hood. Didn't Keisha used to date women before she got with Omar? I have been searching on the net trying to find some additional info on that but I remembered being shocked that she got with Omar cause I thought she was dealing with women full time. I forget who the woman was that she dated but it was rumored to be a celebrity. I will have to research that more tonight when I get home.

I was also thinking Sanaa and Regina Hall, but Regina has been in quite few movies, namely Scary movie and she slated for the next one as well. It is funny I saw her on Tyra and she was talking about Sanaa and how the lived together as her place was being remolded. I just remember thinking to myself...she really likes Sanaa! She spoke the way a women speaks about a man they are diggin'. Last comment, I wondered why there were so many photos of Nia, Sanaa and Gabby in the last 8 months and none that included Regina, what she is not worthy of being included. I don't know, but something seems off.

I say Regina since she hsnt done a big selling movie or a tv show as the others have. Essence has done 2 tv shows, Sanaa several movies then Nip/Tuck TV show, Gabrielle is known for all her movies and then being out and about. Regina is known for 2 movies only, The Best Man (stripper) and the Wayan Brothers - Scary Movies 1-1- 80!

Ok.. I am coming to REGINA HALL'S defense..Because I knew her back in the days in high school in DC (we went to private school).. As far as I know, SHE IS NOT GAY.. as a matter of fact, she use to date the finest guy in our neighborhood...She has to be one of the nicest people I have ever met!!!.. I would be shocked if its her.. I hope Hollywood has not changed her...It's funny but back in the day (around late 1980s) she used to work at a movie theater and had no intention of being an actress.. The high school she went to only took the top 10% students in the country, so she is also VERY BRIGHT. She went to college for journalism as I did.. I am very proud of her!!! JUST A LITTLE TIDBIT FOR MYRA AND PARIS..I HOPE ITS NOT HER... BUT I WILL GO ALONG WITH SANAA LATHAN (but I thought she was with Adewale Ogunleye of Chicago Bears!!!)..

Why would Regina being Gay be a bad thing? As far as you know may only mean, She didn't want you to know or was stil finding herself. Regina can be Intelligent, Nice and all the things you thought she was back then even with the finest boyfriend and be GAY or even Bi-sexual.

People are people and relationships are relationships. Inconsiderate actions or behaviors from anyone towards someone is unacceptable. Whether the BI subjects are Sanaa and Regina or anyone else, no one should accept being treated like a doormat.
Being a celebrity does not give you a pass on being a decent human being. I think that's part of our collective problem. We allow irreverent behavior from those we deem to be popular, and hold them to a different standard. Sports, singers, actresses, politicians, whomever. The fact is that they are human just like everyone else. And believe it or not, they can actually appreciate being treated as such.
So, whoever this is in this unbalanced situation, I hope she bounces and bounces soon. She shouldn't accept that type of treatment from a man or a woman; famous or just regular folks.

XX is the dna code for female, hence everyone starts as a female; eventually the second X changes to a Y for some which then makes them male as XY is the dna code for males. so this is why some scientists believe most if not all females are/have bisexual tendencies because everyone starts out that way.

Not everybody, just women! Women and men are hardwired differently. Whereas the line that demarcates sexual preference (orientation) is more black-and-white in men; in women, that line is very gray (diffused). Most women (about 80%+) have had or either thought about having intimate relations with another woman at least once in her life. So it's a very natural phenomenon for women (but not men), nothing bad or harmful about it. In fact, it's kind of beautiful. At least to me anyways.

My apologies for not be clearer. I didn't mean to make it appear that I was singling out women. My comment was speaking specifically to being "born" bisexual (meaning, someone who has mutually stong sexual arousal to both men and women). That's what I mean by most women are naturally that way. Not that men aren't.
But here's an interesting find: According to studies reported in the journal Psychological Science, it reveals that "bisexuality" doesn't exist in men (per say) because those men who claim to be bisexual, actually show stronger genital arousal to male stimuli than they do to female stimuli. Their sexual response is exactly the same as homosexual men who have strong genital response to male stimuli (like looking at naked men, watch gay porn, etc.) and weak genital response to female stimuli. Whereas, "bisexuality" does exist in women in that these studies show BOTH heterosexual and homosexual
women experience strong genital arousal to both male
and female sexual stimuli, regardless of whether they claim to be hetero, lesbian, or bi. All women show equally strong sexual responses to looking at naked pics of both men and women, as well as watching two women or a man-woman get it on.
In short, all I was really trying to convey is that women who claim to heterosexual have bodies that respond otherwise. And men who claim to be "bisexual" have bodies that tell a different story to what their mouth proclaims. For someone to think they have to 'come to her defense' because she is said to be Gay is telling and is probably why her friend from 'back in the day' has no clue about her friend's orientation.
There are only a few private schools in the DC area that are exclusive and none really that solicit from 'around the country'. Sidwell Friends (my alma mater and I am Gay), Visitation, Holton Arms (perhaps solicits nationally), National Cathedral, Seton (mostly black), Maret, Madeira, and one other on Wisc. Ave. for girls only that escapes my memory. MANY of these girls had their first same sex experience while attending these schools. Believe me, I know. To imply that Gay women do not go to top notch academic institutions is just silly. Or, are not nice, also is silly.
Hall claims from her own lips that she and Union had an affair but she quickly editorialized her admission and stated it was all for publicity. Very few actresses, especially black ones will even PLAY with the subject of being Gay. Plus, Hall LIVED with Sanaa.
As for having a fine boyfriend, most Gay women do until they come 'out'. I know I did; he was fine, president of his school's student counsel and went on to attend Brown. Having a fine boyfriend or husband for that matter, is no indicator of orientation; just one's closet status. Thus, the title of this thread.

Actually, Beyonce looks like she might be laughing or smiling off an advance--

Ok, so in looking at the links that Nyllatoo posted I see that Sanaa and Paula are good friends. I am not trying to speculate on anything.....But birds of a feather flock together. I say do you Sanaa/Regina or whomever......If it makes you smile that's all that matters!!!

Yeah I agree that birds of a feather flock together. I also think that Sanaa probably did her thing with Paula and Robin Thicke before. We have heard the stories about how Paula gets down.
I am still going with Sanaa and Regina. I used to have a co-worker/female friend that moved into an 1 bedroom apartment with another girl. It did not take us all a long time to figure out something was fishy with that situation. Later on they came out and admitted to being in a relationship.
So I do think that it was odd that Regina was getting her house remodeled and was living with Sanaa for like a year claiming they were roommates. Why couldn't she go to a hotel? Why not rent another spot while getting her home done? They did seem to close for comfort.
Also in that pic from the Essence party when Regina is kissing Sanaa on the cheek it seems like Sanaa wanted to play it off like it was nothing and Regina really meant it, like "I love you girl". Hmmm...Just my opinion.

Who is a black female celeb who's been in numerous bad relationships (one of which was a "public scandal".
I liked the Sanaa Lathan guess, but I haven't heard about her relationships publicly, except for the "scandal" about her and Denzel.
I was thinking Joy Bryant and Megan Goode. When PR stated that the little known actress isn't known outside of the black community, that got me thinking "which one of our actresses are in a lot of 'black films'-you know, the ones that go straight to DVD, but are never very popular mainstream wise?
Usually, there are some clues to BI throughout the site. Wasn't there a mention of 3 black actresses who were recently in essence mag? I remember Gabby (she's been notted), Sanaa and someone else. Was this a clue.

For what it's worth, there are pictures from the Essence party celebrating the cover with Gabrielle and Nia etc. and of course Sanaa is there but so is Regina Hall. It appears that Regina attended by herself.

Sanaa is always with Regina. Every once in a while you will see her with a man that she was rumored to date. Of course you will see her and Gabby hanging tough but her relationship with Regina does seem to be very special. I think this case is closed.

I think that was Eddie Murphy because he did not like everyone talking about him walking out on the oscars. Many called him a sore loser. I could be wrong or he wasn't the only one complaining about the blogs. One of the male celebrities wanted to shut down a fan site because bloggers was making negative comments about him(Eddie M, Diddy or someone else).

Myra seems to have a connection to more than a few of these bloggers. I am a PR fan from back in the day. One year, Myra closed PR for the holidays but had a BI treasure hunt. She sent BI's out to four bloggers. CL, MTO, O1LT and I forget the last one. Everyone was on the hunt, hunting down the BI's at each site, one by one. That led me to believe, these BLOGGERS are connected and look out for one another.

Baby Angel is not the only child of his that he does not associate with.
You have only seen him play the 'daddy' deal with his children from Nicole.
Eddie's own history shows that NO ONE has been able to trap him with a baby.
He married who he wanted to marry. He never came close to trying to marry any of the other women who have children with him.

I agree about both guys, I remember a while back when Eddie married Nicole the mother of his child he fathered b 4 he got with Nicole said that everyone is so excited about him marrying Nicole and being a good father to they're kids. But he's not a good father becasue the child she has with him Eddie never talks about and he never visits the child. She said he act as if she and the child don't exist. So people really shouldn't praise him so much. I don't know if he's in touch with his child with this woman but she said she's don't want a relationship with Eddie she just wants him to be a father to the child thy have together.
I remember when Montell was on a talk show talking about when he first met Grace she had came on his show to talk about being a stripper and that she was the 2nd generation of being a stripper( her mother was a stripper) Montell was telling the host of the show how he was flirting with Grace and he invited her back for another show b/c he wanted to met her, they met, hit it off dated and the next thing they ended up getting married.

Since I went to university with "Lateefs girl", it's safe to say Lateef wearing. But for the record when I knew Jeanette she was getting her ass kicked on a regular basis by an individual born with a dick. At the time she was the 'classic' battered woman, we'd call the cops and she would never press charges. Who would date a personal trainer and not get fit. Well, that is interesting because I saw the "Just Asking" blind item in NY Post and I immediately thought Latifah.
So, this is being said on other sites? I don't know much about MTO, seems immature. But, NY Post has been on point many times. I now wonder if they could be talking about the same thing or if it is someone else. I guess we'll see.
But, I don't think Latifah would suffer as much as one would think. It may be the best time for her to do this, if she is going to. Many lesbians wear lipstick too.

I doubt very seriously if this rumor is true. After all, what does Queen Latifah stand to gain from this? She has been able to cultivate a career based on her talent and ingenuity, without being subject to everyone else's ideal. She does what she wants to, when she wants to, and hasn't compromised her integrity to date... why should she now?
She is who she is. Talented and accomplished. She's a hip-hop artist that defies being boxed into one category. And if it this is how she has been able to succeed thus far, then I'd be surprised to see her change her MO. But, if the rumor is true,then more power to her.

I think too many date the same celebrity men or date/pick from the same pool of men. Let's keep it real. A lot of black men in hollywood won't allow themselves to be caught near any black woman, especially a dark skin black woman, and don't consider them relationship material. There are times when the finest black woman could be in the room and all the "brothers" are hitting on the homley white waitress or the asian coat check girl, so quit playing. There is NOTHING wrong with a black woman who wants a man on the same level as herself, and understands her career and goals. It's easy to say date the cameraman, but when that cameraman starts hating because his woman makes more money than him or begins to use his partners celebrity to his own advantage, that's a problem. See Diane Carroll and Britney Spears as prime examples.

I don't think anyone should be forced to give a mandatory declaration on their sexuality if they are living their life without endangering others and being productive members of society. We only holler about official statements from people who may be different, like gays, bi-sexuals etc. And my own opinion is that this line of "we just want other gays to come out so that others don't feel ashamed" is BS. If Latifah is gay, good for her. She's not living a lie, she didn't go marry a man and put on a front, she's living her life. Luther Vandross lived his life. People should stop looking to others for validation and acceptance, validate your da*m self!

I was just making a point to say because Latifah refused to say this is my date, or my mate then technically tht does equal being closeted. I am not implying that she should make a statement or be forced to come out but she is in the closet...because it is obvious she has a same sex relationship and it is also obvious that she will not speak on it either to confirm or deny.
We give Latifah the same scrutiny that was applied to Beyonce and JayZ when they started hanging out, neither would confirm or deny they were dating so it led the public to say "Secret Relationship" I am applying that same principle to Queen Latifah..she is in a secret relationship and it just so happens to be w/a woman which means she is IN THE CLOSET.

Xactly, with the exception of maybe Time Magazine and Newsweek and a few others, frontline ran a special saying newsstand will be over in 5 yrs due to internet competition and we all know the black mags will be the first to go. I read on PR once that people prefer real time news, up to the minute and the blogs are free and the newsstand is not. Most black mags on the newsstand have dated news anyway. The blogs are on it the minute it happens. Benzino and Mays thought they would blow up again with newsstand hip hop weekly, no so, they better shut down and launch on the net. PR has revolutionized black gossip, they are so entertaining and no one online or offline is in their category.

I definitely would like to see a chat room. The demographics for panache report seem on point. This is one of the few (if only) black sites I have visited where people are civilized and don't use much foul and degrading language towards each other. Innocent gossip is one thing. Yet, it seems that since that Essence article, some of us take a very perverse pleasure in knowing that we can torture these poor souls. All they have is us. Sanaa and Gabby have both given us wonderful movies. They are young successful Black women who are involved with young successful black men. When did they become the enemy? They are human just as we and yes they have clay feet. Is that justification for torturing them?
In the end, we have nothing if we can't support each other. Perfection shouldn't be the price of support for the black community.
PS I had the wonderful fortune of meeting Gabby. I was in walking down 14th st in Union Sq in NY. She was out doing a photo shoot. As I was walking by, we locked eyes. She said hello and gave me that beautiful luminous smile she has. She has the most naturally beautiful round attractive feminine face. I was on cloud nine for months!

Another Longtime Reader, My only fear with the Chat room is that my job might block it, which means I'd have to wait till I got home to get on. To your point, you are probably correct in your assessment of Cash. I would not know, for I don't think that he's relevant. I mean, really. But for his association with Jessica and his father being who he is, why does who he is or what he does even matter?
The other entry on this blog regarding Celebrities and their Ethnic Issues captured some very interesting dialogue on this topic. There are celebrities that are bi-racial that either deny their heritage or refuse to talk about it. Those are their issues to deal with.
My point in this response is just to offer some different insight on the issue. Namely, there could be some merit to the argument of "nature" versus "nuture." Now, since Cash is half-white, and I'm assuming that he was probably raised in a predominantly white environment, is it hard to imagine that he might not really be able to relate to black folks? Who knows? More importantly, who cares?
Maybe it is in the African American community's best interest that he doesn't associate with us. Maybe he's corny. Maybe he's just not interesting. Maybe he's more into surfing and listening to Coldplay than the average black folk. And if so, then good for him.
I for one, am tired of owning everything that a black person does as my cross to bear. We have much greater issues to contend with than caring about someone who struggles with the obvious.

And to say Cash is 1/2 white is also incorrect. His mother is not white nor is she black. He was not raised in a predominately white neighborhood, there are quite a few Black, Latino, Asian and various ethnicities and that was a deliberate selecton by his parents. You raised some very good points, and you clearly know a lot more about Cash than I do. I recalled seeing a picture of his mother and father when Cash was a youngster; and I erroneously assumed that she was white and kept it moving.
I agree with what you are saying about two non-white people doing, as you say, a "white wash." I just hope that if and when Cash, Jessica, et.al., launch a plea for help from the Black Community, that we finally, as black folks that acknowledge and deal with being black on the daily, turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to it.

Maybe I missed something because the BI states that one is an actress and one is a famous female. Did Paris or Myra say they were both actresses? Also, it's funny how Sanaa was supposed to be dating the NFL player Osi Umeniyiora (I'm sure I butchered that) a while back and they were saying she was pregnant and now MTO has a story on their site about him having a baby with a video ho and having baby mama drama. Last I read, Regina Hall was messing with Cudda Love, Nelly's manager and Mase's old manager. This was after he broke up with Kelly Rowland becaus he cheated on her with Amerie ( read it in that magazine that Jawn Murray writes articles for, I can't remember the name) Off topic, but how can magazines like In Touch,US Weekly and The National Enquirer get sued for printing false stories, but bloggers like MTO can't?

You answered your own question, the BI never stated the occupation of one of the women. That will protect against legal action. Also, it is impossible to sue a blind item because the writer of the BI does not supply the answers, the answers are guessed by an audience without confirmation from writers on this site. And last but not least, what celebrity in their right mind would come forward and sue about a blind item, they would be admitting to the public THAT IT IS THEM (in the BI) and that would tarnish their image. You can tell by the wording of the BI's from a legal standpoint that this staff has attorney's on board and my collegue wrote a writer on this staff commending them on how the wording is instrumental in protection from a lawsuit.

bossip.com has a story about PR's BI today; on their site, there are pics of Sanaa and Regina, Sanaa and Paula Patton and Sanaa and Beyonce. In all of the pics, it shows the ladies thisclose...i think that's why at the end of the BI it says "it's not Gabby or Beyonce"

This is off topic but wouldn't it be something if Jay-Z and Beyonce were pulling off the best beard/merkin relationship we've seen in a long while. What if Beyonce is really into women-see picture of her and Sanaa and Jay-Z is really into men-see the Larry Johnson "roommate" story. Wouldn't that be ironic with all of the talk about them as a couple. For some reason I do think they enjoy spending time together but do you guys think they are this passionate couple so in love? What do you guys think?

I thought that was kind of odd. Supposedly, neighbors in the building where Jay-z and Larry Johnson lived said they never say Beyonce visit the building. Part of this story ran in one of the NY papers. I wonder if she is as innocent and nieve as she portrays herself. That would be a big story in the gossip world if it turned out that Beyonce preferred women. All of the Beyonce "stans" would be shocked. That picture of Beyonce and Sanaa can be interpreted many ways but my first impression when I saw it was that they weren't whispering about men. LOL

By the way I do think you gusy may be on to something with the Sanaa Latham and Regina Hall theory.
As far as Beyonce and Jay- I really dont know what to think about that whole thing. I dont really know what their relationship is like outside of the public eye and could only speculate liek everyone else. Initially she did seem a lil more into him than he was into her,but guys like to front also, so he could have been feeling her back then as much as she was feeling him,and just trying to act tough.
As far as her being possibly Bisexual ,anythings possible ,but I doubt that shed be gettign down without him somewhere in the mix if she is .
I dont know what her and Sanaa were discussing in the pic so dont want to read to much into.I have whispered something to a friend or associate in a party or club atmosphere because the music and noise is so loud thats the only way that I could say what I needed to and be heard!

i have a friend who used to hostess at a very famous bar in ny owned by a entreprenuer and his very famous supermodel wife....all the waitresses were models trying to make it , a lot of these waitresses also have gigs at other spots. jay z is always got women with him in the vip area , and they are not whistling they got 99 problems..... this relationship i think is a shame ....
In regards to bey , i am glad she keeps her personal stuff on lock down , but i do think in years someone will write a tell all , and i am sure it will be juicy .

Sanaa is a known bi-sexual in Hollywood, the only ones who don't know are the people in the general public. She dates men but she has gotten down with women but she prefers men. I was reading this BI on other msg boards and people seeme offended that it was even hinted that sanaa might be bi, why! When damn near everyone in Hollywood is either bi or gay, it goes with the territory. But I think Gabby and her got the msg, bloggers are not too be fucked with. I highly doubt they will make that mistake again.

Where was gabby's agent or publicist during that Essence interview, did she lose her damned mine, you don't insult any type of media because they will dig until they have something to put u on blast with. If u noticed, all the black female bloggers gabby insulted picked up this blind item as payback: Sandra, AngelaLA and Bossip. DJ's were even reading this BI on the radio. Gabby is real stupid but then again, what can u say about a woman who loves married men.

DJ you either know something or you've got excellent instinct about JZ/Bey. A gay male friend became the focus of Jay's interest. It was not consummated. His intent was clear but all the secrecy around their meeting made for a very short meeting. I wracked my brain trying to figure out what B gets out of the arrangement--Duh...It's not as though he's good to look at!
